The West End Inn was the hotel located in Gotham City.
History[]
In order to lure Dr. Corso into trap for information about Harold and his gang, Terry convinced Max to make a fake call an "emergency" over the patient. Once doctor arrived, Terry (as Batman) ambushed doctor. After learning about Doctor's kidnapped wife, Harold and his gang broked in and fight with Batman, and Batman narrowly escaped.
