Bruce Wayne's parent founded this organization. It helped the less fortunate of Gotham City. It provided funding for numerous projects. Chief amongst these was the free clinic ran by Leslie Thompkins in Crime Alley. It also provided funding for the construction of Stonegate Penitentiary and a sizable donation for the Gotham Orphanage.
