In an alternate universe, Two-Face was a former rogue of Batman.
History[]
Two-Face's history was presumably the same as his counterpart until the Justice Lords decided to have a fascist-like hold on the world by appointing themselves rulers of their world. After the criminally insane in Arkham Asylum were all lobotomized by Superman, Two-Face was rendered entirely harmless and now a far cry from what he once had been. When the Justice League entered Arkham, Two-Face was harmlessly sweeping the floor at the institution.
