Tress MacNeille (born June 20, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actress and former disc jockey.

Background information
An actress with a large range, MacNeille is best known for voicing "Chip" and "Gadget Hackwrench" in Chip n' Dale's Rescue Rangers, "Dot Warner" in Animaniacs, "Babs Bunny" in Tiny Toon Adventures, and many roles on The Simpsons and Futurama. She also voiced Ma Kent in the 1988 Superman animated series.
