Tracer is a very strong man with animal instincs. He first appered as a particepant in the Meta-Brawl but is later cought in a net with the other fighters by Green Arrow. Some time later he was seen a member of a group of villians called the Extremistsattacking a city. during the fight Vixen channled a boa constrictor and cut off Tracers air supply. After this he is aressted and has not been seen since.
