Tony was the Watchtower teleporter operator.

History

While Tony was operating teleportation, he was suddenly held hostage by Lex Luthor (who is in Flash's body) and was threathened if he don't teleport him in order to escape from Watchtower and Justice League. Luckily, he was been rescued by Mister Terrific, Doctor Fate and John Stewart.
