Tom Kenny (born July 13, 1962 in Syracuse, New York) is an American voice actor and comedian, best known as the voice of SpongeBob SquarePants alongside Bill Fagerbakke, Rodger Bumpass, Clancy Brown and Adam West. He also provided the voice of the Penguin in The Batman, Mumbo in Teen Titans, Plastic Man in Batman: The Brave and the Bold and Doctor Octopus in Ultimate Spider-Man.
