Baker played Mary Dahl's father in Love that Baby. However, behind the scenes Tod didn't like to work with Mary as she was a selfish brat. When Dahl became mad and went after her old co-stars, Tod was one of the first to be kidnapped.
When he learned of Baby's plans to take revenge on the cast for ruining her birthday episode, he derided Mary for being the selfish brat she always was and that he would sue her. However, Baby's assistant Mariam quickly knocked him back into place. He was freed when Batman and Robin took down Baby-Doll.
