Tina Todd was the daughter of Donald Todd.
History[]
Tina Todd was on Dakota Union High's swimming team, being a very good diver. She also competed in the relay with Daisy Watkins. During a swimming contest, she and Daisy noticed a disturbance in the pool. A physically unstable Aquamaria sprang out of the pool, and despite the best efforts from Static and Gear, took her father with her.
