Tiffany "Tiffy" Morgan was a former foster sister of Rosalie Rowan.
History[]
When Rosalie just moved into the Morgan household, Tiffany was threatened by the new sister and the attention she got. She went through her belongings hoping to take something Ro would miss; she took a picture of her brother.
After Ro returned to the town with her friend Zeta and saved a packed theater from falling logs, Tiffany confessed to the theft, and returned the image.
