Intended to replace watchtower[]
Where does this come from? In Divided We Fall, the founding members were planning to disband the league and decommission the watchtower. When they reconsidered, Superman spoke of "opening an embassy on Earth". I assume this is where the metro tower came from. - They must have replaced the embassy on earth and build the Metro tower on earth to be in better touch with the humans on earth.--Pborri 23:30, July 21, 2011 (UTC)
