First Appearance[]

A very cruel charakter: He makes scarecrow, the Ventriloquist and Harley Queen white before fear... why he has never torturted Two Face or the joker?
Two-Face and Joker are much stronger than the others Lock-Up tortured. They might have been able to fight back. This was never revealed on the series this is just my guess.Brandonbaker01 (talk) 23:51, May 29, 2015 (UTC)
