Comics

Should it be mentioned that in a story from Superman/Batman Annual #4 that elaborates on the Batman Beyond of earth 12, it is implied that Lex returned from the Source Wall because Superman eventually sent him to the Phantom Zone?William slattery (talk) 10:01, September 3, 2012 (UTC)

Though you don't do the comics, DC considers that annual and the current Beyond series to be part of the DCAU, it has even recently featured the return of Darkseid and showed flashbacks of him and Luthor —The preceding unsigned comment was added by ‎68.189.247.221 (talk • contribs).

Nope. There are three (or four, my bad) Batman Beyond continuities in the comics, not counting the first two volumes of Batman Beyond, which were published when the series still aired.

• The Superman/Batman Annual and the Hush Beyond arc are a separate alternate future of the mainstream universe. These two tied in many elements of then-current mainstream comics.
• Earth-12, a multiverse world.
• Morrison's "Batman in Bethlehem" has a Terry too.
• The "greater DCAU", the expanded universe. This is the most recent Batman Beyond volume (4) and Batman Beyond Unlimited. These two abandoned any pretense of tying it into the mainstream universe.

In the superman beyond comic which is in the future DCAU of batman beyond in the series that lex did come back and infact became mayor of Metropolis but eventually died of natural causes and it even interduced a new character named lucinda who was lex luthors daughter

Individuals with artificial ability to fly

Luthor owns a flight-capable powersuit, but unlike STRIPE or similar characters, this suit is an occasionally-used item. Adding Luthor to this category is nearly as inappropriate as adding all characters with the means to purchase an aircraft or a ticket on a commercial flight.
