Stagg Enterprises was a corporation owned by Simon Stagg.
History[]
Stagg's chemical division was working on the super-soldier project "Metamorpho", but he had trouble getting enough funding. Some of the chemicals were illegal, which did not ease operations. Stagg eventually managed to test the process on a human being—his employee and his daughter's lover, Rex Mason—and it proved successful. The company did not get to mass-produce their super-soldier due to intervention from the Justice League.
