Heavy C (real name unknown) was a fat, bullying teenager. After he discovered he was a Bang Baby, he donned a costume and called himself Slipstream.
History[]
Heavy C always stole other kids' food. However, one day, three kids had enough of it. Inside a Burger Fool restaurant, they fought him with ketchup and a soda and easily defeated him. When a furious Heavy C seemed defeated, a strong gust of wind blew through the restaurant, and all found out that Heavy C was a Bang Baby.
Amazed at his newfound power, Heavy C immediately made himself a costume and called himself Slipstream. He committed robberies on many food stores and restaurants, and occasionally a serious target, such as the First National Bank or the Natural History Museum in Dakota Fields. In that park, Slipstream faced off with Static. Though he managed to short circuit Static, he was defeated when Static recharged his powers with Zap-Caps. Static trapped him in a large plate of metal, and left him for the police to arrest.[1]
Slipstream had not given up his habits, but when his powers were fading, he joined Ebon's gang in an attempt to restore them once again. The attempt failed. It is unknown if he survived the destruction of the ship.[2]

Heavy C's mannerisms and voice are very much like that of Fat Albert.
