Seaboard City, as the illusion disappears
Seaboard City was a city on an alternate version of Earth, the home of the Justice Guild of America and their fiendish foes, the Injustice Guild.
History[]
In the 1960s, a nuclear war destroyed most of the world, including Seaboard City. The Justice Guild was killed in battle. The fallout mutated Ray Thompson into a being able to warp reality. He used this power to recreate Seaboard City the way he always knew it.
Green Lantern, Hawkgirl, Flash and J'onn J'onzz were transported to Seaboard City's dimension, and briefly fought beside the revived Justice Guild. Suspicious of events that seemed to be too coincidental, Green Lantern and Hawkgirl exposed Ray's illusion.
Although the war had killed many and mutated others, a handful of civilians had managed to survive the war and were unaffected by the subsequent radioactivity. One of the healthy survivors was an ice cream salesman, who later thanked the Justice League for freeing him from Ray's facade. While regretful of the nuclear war, he dryly remarked it was preferable to 40 years of being under the thumb of Ray's world, and rebuilding Seaboard City and the world would be a piece of cake compared to that.

- Designs for Seaboard City were repurposed as Fawcett City for the Justice League Unlimited episode "Clash".
