Sarah was once a secretary to Bruce Wayne.
History
Sarah informed her boss that Seymour Grey was causing a ruckus in the clerk's office, and demanded to see him. This so worried her that she called security. Grey did eventually make his way to Wayne's office, and after loudly proclaiming his resignation, he kissed a shocked Sarah.
