The Rose Cafe was a chic restaurant in Gotham City.

Harvey Dent was a returning customer at the café, and brought his date Pamela Isley there to meet Bruce Wayne. She took the opportunity to poison her beau. Dent was rushed to the hospital, and after he was diagnosed, Commissioner Gordon suspected the restaurant may have had something to do with it. Detective Bullock interrogated some of the restaurant's staff, all of whom claimed innocence.
