Rojas was an officer of the Dakota Police Department.
History[]
Rojas was a young officer, partnered with Officer Packard. They were sent to investigate a break-in at a warehouse. Packard surmised that it was a Bang Baby, but ignored Rojas' suggestion of calling back-up. They went in together, but Packard was beaten down by a monster. Terrified, Rojas was driven against a wall. Luckily, there was a fire alarm nearby. Rojas pulled it, and the ringing of the bells spooked the monster. After the monster fled, Rojas could tend to Packard.
