History[]
In a story told by Carrie, Rob was a mutant that served under the Mutant Leader. Together with his friend Don, he witnessed the defeat of their leader at the hands of Batman.
Background information[]
"Rob" is based on the incarnation of the character seen in Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns. Much of his dialogue is taken verbatim from the story.
