One of Ralph's inmates included John Corben, who was better off than most other prisoners. Corben, and Luthor, bribed most of the staff. One day, Ralph bought Corben his dinner, but just as he was leaving, Corben was feeling pains. Ralph then sent him to Dr. Vale.
