Projecto Gilgamesh was a Cuban experiment.

History

The authorities at Pena Duro picked one prisoner for the experiment, that would transform him into a super-soldier. However, during the procedure, the subject broke loose, destroyed the lab and escaped the prison. The project was abandoned and put away in a secret file shortly after.
