The Pied Piper was a supervillain from Central City
History[]
Pied Piper was hanging out in a Central City bar. He was sitting with Turtle-Man, and when Batman, Orion and the Flash entered the bar he made a run for it.
Background information[]
The depicted subject bears the likeness of Pied Piper from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness. In the comics, Hartley Rathaway was the child of wealthy parents. He was born deaf, but his parents had his hearing artificially fixed. After that, he became obsessed with sound, and developed a hypnotic flute that he used for crime and clashed with the second Flash, Barry Allen. He eventually became a social activist and retired from crime. However, Mirror Master framed him for a crime that sent him to prison. Wally West proved him innocent. Piper was later brainwashed by the Top to be a criminal again, but Wally once again helped the Piper.
