Neutron was a supervillain who joined the Legion of Doom.
History
Neutron first appeared when Lex Luthor switched his mind with Flash's. Flash held a meeting in order to find out what Lex Luthor's plan was. Neutron sided with Grodd when he tried to reclaim his position as leader. He was seen flying around and shooting his blasts. One of his blasts managed to knock down Giganta. Neutron's ultimate fate is not shown.
Background information
The depicted subject bears the likeness of Neutron from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness. In the DC Comics, Neutron is Nathaniel Tryon, a petty criminal who was caught in a nuclear meltdown which turned his body into sentient energy which needed to be contained in a suit, very much like Wildfire of the Legion of Superheroes. He usually fights Superman.
