Nestor Carbonell (born December 1, 1967 in New York City, New York) is an American actor of Spanish descent.

Background information
Carbonell met his future wife, Australian actress Shannon Kenny (another DCAU veteran) on the set of Attention Shoppers. The couple have two children.
Carbonell's voice work resume is not extensive, but outside of the DCAU he is probably best known as the spoiled man-child "villain" Señor Senior, Jr. on Kim Possible.
On television, he has a regular role on Suddenly Susan, and also played Batmanuel in the live-action series of The Tick.
He also played Mayor Garcia in The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises.
