Nestor Carbonell (born December 1, 1967 in New York City, New York) is an American actor of Spanish descent.

Carbonell met his future wife, Australian actress Shannon Kenny (another DCAU veteran), on the set of Attention Shoppers.
On television, he had a regular role on Suddenly Susan, and also played Batmanuel in the live-action series of The Tick. He's also voiced the spoiled man-child "villain" Señor Senior, Jr. on Kim Possible and played Mayor Garcia in The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises.
