The Monocle was a super-villain known by his distinct monocle which can possibly be used as a weapon. The Monocle was offered membership to Grodd's Legion of Doom. However he did not participate in any missions. He sided with Grodd when some members of the Legion opposed Luthor's leadership. It is presumed that he died during the battle between the Legion members, however his death was never shown, so his final fate is uncertain.
Background Information
The depicted subject bears the likeness of Monocle from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness.
Jonathan Cheval was a honest businessman who worked in the optical field. A criminal destroyed his business, so, Cheval started his revenge on everyone who helped destroy his business.
