The Monocle was a member of the Legion of Doom.

History

The Monocle was offered membership in Grodd's Legion of Doom and attended several meetings. He sided with Grodd during the mutiny, but his team was on the losing side and he did not survive the battle. Monocle was one of the many Legionnaires blown up with the ship when Darkseid was resurrected.

Background information

The depicted subject bears the likeness of Monocle from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness.
