History
Mad Dog was a fierce criminal implied to be known to use a hacksaw as a weapon, but he also is a family man. His daughter Mary loved him dearly, and asked Santa Claus to bring him home for Christmas. Little did she know Santa was actually Harvey Bullock on stake-out—the same Bullock that arrested Mad Dog months before.
Bullock gave her some money for a present for herself but she asked if she could buy something for her father instead. Bullock agreed on the condition that she didn't buy him a hacksaw.
