Miguel Diaz was a boy from Gotham City. He is a fan of Soldier Sam and has a collection of action figures of the TV show.
History
Miguel was trapped in a fire, and Batman had to save him. But Miguel was terrified, and the only way for Batman to gain Miguel's trust was by taking off his mask.
Kobra caught up on the news that Miguel had seen Batman's true face, and kidnapped him in the hope of discovering his secret identity. They used a synaptic sensor to read Miguel's memories, but could not get an actual image. Instead, what appeared was an image of Soldier Sam. Batman saved Miguel, who was able to get along with his life. He may also know who Terry really is, as he is seen winking at Terry at the end of the episode, Unmasked.
