Hey, I'm trying to create a profile and I'm being told they're sending me a confirmation email so I can join, but it's been over half an hour and still nothing. Does it really take that long for confirmation emails to arrive? In my experience with confirmation emails they normally only take a really long time if there's a lot of traffic, and I sort of doubt that is the case in this particular instance. So what can I do so I can actually become a member? This is really frustrating.
So I made a list of a bunch of cities in DC and posted it to the main DC wiki but then someone deleted is but it was a really long list so I figured I'd post it on to a different DC wikia so I checked the DCEU wikia and then came here and then I uploaded it but I'm now regretting it becuase the other Dc wikia was in HTML mode and this one was not and now it's a mess so could you please delete [].
In several wikia websites users are able to express their opinions about characters, episodes or shows, usually by leaving comments right underneath them. Is there any way we could ever do the same here?
As SFH is no longer active here, I'll answer this.
No. Enabling comments would take away the talk page.
As for opinions, that's what the forums are for. In my experience, comments just elicit a load of pointless yells from random people. I've seen "First!" and the like. It adds nothing. A talk page, on the other hand, is meant to discuss the actual content of the page and any changes to it.
Once I made a little comment about the Justice League Unlimited series....I think in the forum once, but I was told by someone that we should only discuss stuff about this website, or something like that.
