Merlin

Not to be confused with Merlyn, a member of the Legion of Doom.

Merlin was an all-powerful wizard of medieval times, having close ties with King Arthur.

History[]

Merlin once gifted Sir Justin with an enchanted sword, armor, and a flying steed named Winged Victory.

After Jason Blood betrayed Arthur for his love, Morgaine Le Fay, by opening the gates of Camelot, Merlin cursed Jason with a bond to the demon, Etrigan. Merlin, before his death, also hid the Philosopher's Stone in an ark (a stone crypt of sorts).
