Background information

The versatile Mary Kay Bergman provided the voice of Dr. Blight in Captain Planet, most of the female voices for South Park, Daphne Blake of Scooby-Doo fame in several direct-to-video movies (with Grey DeLisle succeeding her), and was the original voice of Timmy Turner in the Oh Yeah! Cartoons shorts (being replaced by Tara Strong), as well as the original voice of Wendy Testaburger from South Park. Though successful, she suffered from a depression she told no-one about, and committed suicide in 1999.
