Makeba was one of the contacts between Repeller and his buyer.
History
Makeba and Muscles collected the isotopes the Repeller stole for their employer. At the Gotham Steel + Ore, they received the beta sterillium. Makeba argued with him, about the price, mainly, but Repeller would deliver. Due to Batman's interference, they never received the gamma sterillium. Though Repeller had stolen it, he was arrested before he could drop it off.
