Lord Havok was a member of a group of supervillains that battled the Justice League. He was incapacitated by Batman, who used an electrically charged Batarang on him.
Background information[]
The depicted subject bears the likeness of Lord Havok from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness.
In the DC Comics, Lord Havok is the leader of the Extremists and a Cyborg. Like the others, he is based on a villain from Marvel Comics. Specifically, Lord Havok was inspired by Doctor Doom, archenemy of the Fantastic Four.
