A Flight Ring.
The Legion flight ring was a device issued to each member of the 30th century Legion of Super-Heroes. The flight ring, constructed of an anti-gravity metal and controlled telepathically, provided its wearer with the power of flight. The Legion members can also communicate using their flight rings.
