Kurtwood Smith (born July 3, 1943 in New Lisbon, Wisconsin) is an American actor and film actor, known for his role as gangster Clarence Boddicker in the Academy Award-nominated first Robocop film (which also featured Daniel O'Herlihy, Bob DoQui and Miguel Ferrer), and as "Red" Forman in That '70's Show.
