King was a member of Ace's Royal Flush Gang.
History[]
King was granted powers by Ace, who had hoped she could form a new family. However, they abandoned her in favor of a life of crime. When the Justice League came to arrest them, King put up quite a fight. He fended off Red Tornado at first, but lost control of his flying chair when the android started a whirlwind near him.
After Ace died, King lost his powers.
Background information[]
King is an homage to Jack "The King" Kirby, creator of the Fourth World, Etrigan and many other characters, including M.O.D.O.K., whom King resembles.
