Kim Garcia was an officer of the Dakota Police Department.
History[]
Officer Garcia was the partner of Trina Jessup. With her, he responded to a call of a mutated kid rampaging in Dakota Union High School. In the school theater, he managed to drag a knocked-out Static to safety before being knocked out himself when he tried to save his partner. For their courage, Garcia, Jessup and Virgil were given an award by Chief Barnsdale.
