Kevin was a wheelchair-bound kid.
History[]
Kevin was one of the kids at the Myrell Youth Disability Center. Dr. Myrell created a special back-pack for him that allowed him motor function over his legs.
In order to procure information from Dr. Myrell, Zeta impersonated Kevin. That same night, the back-pack was stolen, and "Kevin" was seen by security. He was arrested by the police.
Zeta and Ro helped him escape, and together, they hunted down the real thief, Blake, and also uncovered Myrell's part in the theft.
