History[]
Kevin and Rocky were a happy young couple who were ready to be married. But it all changed when Penguin framed Kevin for smuggling. He was sentenced to life in Stonegate.
In jail, Kevin's condition deteriorated. In four years, he had lost all hope, and thought Rocky was wasting her life trying to clear his name, so he broke up with her. But Rocky persevered, and with help from Batman, exculpatory evidence was submitted to the District Attorney's office. Kevin's sentence was commuted to a lower one, a time which he had already served, and the couple happily reunited.
