History[]
John was distrusting of technology, and with his No-Tech, he managed to get a deal with local government that no technology was allowed on their premises.
Ro and Zee accidentally ended up in the No-Tech valley whilst they were on the run from the NSA. After it was found out Zeta was a robot, John tried to destroy him. Only after rescuing the village from a dam break were the two fugitives allowed to leave.
