The Javelin attended several meetings of the Legion, including the one when Lex Luthor took over and when Luthor's mind was switched with Flash's.

The depicted subject bears the likeness of Javelin (villain) from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU item was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the item's likeness. The Javelin's real name is unknown. He was a German former athlete who turned to crime. He originally fought Green Lantern.
