Noted for his sleazy behavior, Kleinman served as agent to several young models and actresses. He was in the process of promising to make one young girl a star, but "first things first", when his lecherous behavior was interrupted by Batman and Batgirl, who ordered the girl out. Batman demanded Kleinman divulge his professional relationship with Page Monroe. Kleinman said Monroe was originally a hot ticket, but later found it harder to get gigs for her, as she soon had her 30th birthday, which marks the end for many women in her career. He tried to keep her employed by getting her a role on a sitcom, but the show was cancelled, and Monroe retired from show business. Kleinman lost touch with her but believed she had become the deformed villainess Calendar Girl due to an urban legend that she was uglified due to botched surgery.
