Ice-Pack was a young rapper under the tutelage of D.J. Rock. Without knowing it, the latest music track his producer provided was stolen from Rubberband Man. Ice Pack was kidnapped by Rubberband Man and placed on the spire of Spire Records. After Ice-Pack told Rubberband Man that he had absolutely nothing to do with it, Ice-Pack was left behind. Static later helped him down.

The name "Ice-Pack" seems to be a pun on the rappers Ice-T and Tupac Shakur.
