Captain Howard Rubens was a member of Wayne-Powers' security team.
History[]
Charlie Bigelow infiltrated Wayne-Powers to get access to its files. To get the necessary security clearance, he had tricked Captain Rubens; supposedly, Charlie had dropped a disc behind the mainframe. Rubens had helped Charlie push the mainframe aside, allowing him to grab the disc, using Rubens' fingerprints.[1]
