Henry Silva (born September 15, 1928 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American veteran actor. His notable film credits include Ocean's Eleven, the two-time Oscar-nominated The Manchurian Candidate, the WWII adventure film The Secret Invasion, the exploitative Chained Heat (which featured John Vernon), the three-time Oscar-winning Dick Tracy (which featured Ed O'Ross, Seymour Cassel, Hamilton Camp, Robert Costanzo and composer Shirley Walker, who served as the film's music score conductor), Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai and most recently a cameo in the 2001 Steven Soderbergh remake of Ocean's Eleven. He was the first voice of Bane, before Hector Elizondo took over.
