The Gotham Museum of History was a history museum in Gotham City.

After being thrown out by the Joker after escaping from Batman, Harley Quinn broke into the museum to steal the Harlequin Diamond for herself, but before she can cut through the glass of its display case, Poison Ivy, who had also broken in to steal specimens from the museum's lab, accidentally trips the alarm, leading Harley to smash the case and grab the diamond. After exchanging words with each other, Harley shoots one of Ivy's specimen bottles with her gun at the arriving police, disabling them, leading to the pair's escape in Ivy's car.
