Gilbert Gottfried (born February 28, 1955 in Brooklyn, New York - April 11, 2022) was an American stand-up comedian and actor. He was famous for his role as Iago the parrot in the Aladdin franchise, as well as the Problem Child movies.
He also reprised his role as Mr. Mxyzptlk in the 2014 video game Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham and the 2016 animated series Justice League: Action.
