George Dicenzo (born April 21, 1940 in New Haven, Connecticut - August 9, 2010 in Washington Crossing, New Jersey) was an American character actor and one time associate producer (on Dark Shadows).

Dicenzo was an American character actor, in show business for more than 30 years, with extensive film, TV, stage and commercial credits.
He was second of three actors to voice Ubu, preceded by Manu Tupou, and followed by Michael Horse.
